WHEREAS, On May 26, 1995, Lehrmann-Moesch Construction, Inc.
representing Custom Wire Industries, Inc. submitted a sketch

allowing for the redivision of existing lot lines of the Custom
located between Saturn Drive and Enterprise Drive, and
