APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP CREATING TWO LOTS
OF THE MIEDZYBROCKI PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
AMENDED
(CTH "Y" & HILLENDALE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 26,
1995, to create a two (2) lot land division located in the NE
1/4 of Section 5, and
Plan Commission on March 7, 1995 that substantially conforms to
the Certified Survey Map submitted on May 26, 1995, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map sketch was approved by the
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 8-2 and RS-2 and the 8-2
requires 20,000 sq.ft and 100' average width and RS-2 requires
20,000 sq.ft. and 110' average width and both lots appear to
meet these restrictions, and
WHEREAS, Lot 1 would require approval from Waukesha County
DOT for access to CTH "Y" and Lot 2 has existing access to
Hillendale Drive, and
property through an easement located to be located on Lot 2 of
this Certified Survey Map.
WHEREAS, Sanitary sewer service needs to be provided to this
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommends approval of the Certified Survey Map creating a two
(2) lot land division of the Miedzybrocki property located in
the NE 1/4 of Section 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said approval is subject to the
resolution of sewer service logistics, receipt by the City of
written approval from Waukesha County DOT for access to Racine
Avenue (C.T.H. "Y"), and resolution of all technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a letter is required from the
owner of Lot 1 indicating their willingness and intention to
have a cross access agreement with the properties to the north
and south of said property.
