APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
LOCATED AT W192 S6368 REGENCY COURT
RESOLUTION #P.C. 80-95
TO ALLOW A 8' X 10' SHED ON THE PROPERTY
WHEREAS, A plans were submitted to the Plan Department on
May 24, 1995, to allow a 8' x 10' shed located at W192 S6368
Regency Court, and
necessary items for the maintenance of the property, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of this building is to store the
Development District (OPD) in which this building is to be
located is not considered a substantial change to the QPD.
WHEREAS, The addition of this building to the Planned
THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Planning
Commission approves the amended Building, Site and Operation
Plan to allow a 8'x 10' shed located at W192 56368 Regency Court
noting that the shed does not constitute a substantial change to
the OPD.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this storage shed be made of
natural building materials.
