APPROVAL OF SKETCH ALLOWING THE RECONFIGURATION OF
EXISTING LOT LINES OF THE SWITALA PROPERTY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 79-95
AND ADJOINING PROPERTIES LOCATED IN
THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 15
WHEREAS, On May 18, 1995, Frank Switala submitted a sketch
allowing for the reconfiguration of existing lot lines of the
Switala Property located between Conical Lane and Bay Lane
Place, and
but creating outlots to be added to existing non-conforming lots
along Bay Lane Place, and
WHEREAS, This proposal is not creating any additional lots,
WHEREAS, Said proposal would result in a flag lot of the
parent (Switala) parcel but create a lessor degree of
non-conformity for the recipient lots along Bay Lane Place.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this reconfiguration of existing lot lines of the Switala
Property and adjoining properties located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 15.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the approval Of this Certified
Survey Map shall not be construed as allowing the creation of
seven (7) non-conforming lots for seven (7) free standing home
parcel (Tax Key #2217.947) to allow the annexation of the then
sites but rather the adjustment of lots lines of the parent
vacated lands to neighboring parcels to the east (Tax Key #s
2217. 947 through 2217.954).
from Lots 1-6 to the 30' portion of Lot 7 that accesses to
Woods Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That at no time is access allowed
