WHEREAS, A request has been submitted by Donald Bourgeois
RESOLUTION #P.C. 76-95
Jr. to locate a temporary sales tent and signs advertising the
sale of fireworks, and
WHEREAS, One sign will be freestanding and one a banner in
the parking lot of the Lincoln Point Shopping Center near the
entrance and the tent will be 30' x 15' with a 8' x 20' storage
container, and
WHEREAS, Fireworks sales were operated at this location
last year without any reported problems, and
WHEREAS, The dates and the hours of operation will be:
-July 3rd and July 4th from 9:00 a.m. until 12:OO Midnight and
-June 17, 1995, to July 8, 1995, from 9:00 AM until 11:OO PM.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
