PLAN BY BURGER KING LOCATED ON THE NE CORNER OF
WHEREAS, The conceptual site plan shows the layout of the
building and the traffic pattern to access the site, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence and
such zoning does not allow for the restaurants and would require
a rezoning, and
brick and red awning, and
WHEREAS, The proposed building consists of cream colored
sensitivity in design and use of subject property.
WHEREAS, The proximity to residential development requires
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove the conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan
dated (received) May 5, 1995, and be kept on file in the
Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the existing zoning on the
property does not allow restaurants, residential development
exist directly to the east to which this proposal would have a
negative impact, and the design of the building is not in
keeping with established standards for the area.
