PCR1995071RESOLUTION #P.C. 71-95 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THE SPIELER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 SECTION 4 (HARDTKE DRIVE) land division creating two (2) lots located in the NW 1/4 of Section 4, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 5, 1995, proposing a feet minimum width and 20,000 square feet, and both lots do not appear to meet one or all of these restrictions, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires of 110 to allow this division to occur. WHEREAS, A variance is required from the Board of Appeals of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve land division of the Spieler property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 4 subject to approval by the Board of Appeals for variances addressing substandard lot width and square footage.
