FOR THE VARSOS PROPERTY LOCATED
APPROVAL OF A 22' x 24' SECOND GARAGE
AT W187 59222 RACINE AVENUE
on May 7, 1995, by Chris Varsos to construct a 22' X 24' second
garage structure at the residence located at W187 59222 Racine
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
setbacks of the R-1 zoning district and the architectural

WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage
of personal vehicles, lawn equipment, etc. and the Plan Commission

WHEREAS, On October 27, 1994, through Appeal # 32-94, the Board
of Appeals approved a 275 square foot variance to allow the 528
square foot second garage structure, and
WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of
this nor any other structure on the property for business related
activities.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves Of
the second garage, not to exceed 528 square feet, for Varsos
Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
required prior to construction of subject second garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire Wall variance may be
required from the Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
legal action, or both.
