APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF DEER CREEK
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 10
(PARKLAND DRIVE AND LANNON DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
Council through Resolution #26-95, and
#P.C. 9-95 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the

traffic demands at the intersection of Parkland Drive and
Janesville Road thus amplifying the need for signalization of

City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City
Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin
Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection,
Dedication Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all
approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.

WEPCO bike trail and are to constructed according to City
specifications.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That there will be a reduced road
setback to 35' for Lots 8, 9 and 10 and that the
bike path from Bridgeport Way in Lake Point Estates West to
Parkland Drive be noted on the face of the Final Plat.
