APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF
THE MICKELSON PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 SECTION 2, TOWN OF WATERFORD
division was submitted for the property located in the NE 1/4
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two parcel land
of Section 2, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City’s
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division of the Mickelson Property located in the NE 1/4 of
Section 2, in the Town of Waterford.
