LOCATED AT S80 W18766 APOLLO DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Derse Inc. is requesting approval of a
freestanding sign and the relocation of an existing wall sign for
IPC. located at S80 W18766 Apollo Drive, and
addition of a freestanding 3'6" x 10' sign and the relocation of
WHEREAS, The proposed signage change and addition includes the
an existing wall sign 4' x 16' to the far south east corner of the
building,, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned 1-1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the
above stated signage which is to be located at the site at S80
W18766 Apollo Drive, all in conformance with Section 17:6.03(3)C.
& 6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting
the signage.
