APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL
PLAN FOR PROPOSED EXPANSION TO THE
MUSKEG0 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AT JANESVILLE ROAD
AND MICHI DRIVE
WHEREAS, A representative of the Muskego-Norway School
District Office has submitted plans for an addition/expansion to
their parking lot facilities, and
thus providing 13 additional on-site parking spaces plus a drive
WHEREAS, Said expansion involves of an existing parking lot
and parking isle for bus traffic, and
WHEREAS, Said expansion is in response to a request by the
Public Safety Committee.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed expansion of the Muskego Elementary School
Drive as presented in the plans submitted and dated 04-21-95 and
located at the northwest corner of Janesville Road and Michi

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with site
plan as submitted and amended shall result in fines of $100.00
per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all necessary permits shall be
obtained prior to the initiation of work.
