APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL
PLAN FOR THE OLD LOOMIS SPORT & LIQUOR
LOCATED AT 5107 W16311 LOOMIS ROAD
RESOLUTION RP.C. 64-95

WHEREAS, Said expansion involves installation of a soil and
WHEREAS, Said installation is required by the State of
Wisconsin under Section 144.76(3) Wisconsin Statues, and
WHEREAS, such treatment will produce no undesirable noise
or odor, and
WHEREAS, the system will be operational for twelve (12) to
eighteen (18) months and at that time the unit will be removed
from the site.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
