FOR THE KUCHAN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT S63 W18417 MARTIN DRIVE
APPROVAL OF A 24' x 20' SECOND GARAGE
submitted on April 20, 1995, by Dale Kuchan to construct a 24' X
20' second garage structure at the residence located at S63 W18417

WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was
