WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 17, 1995,
proposing a land division creating three (3) lots located in the
SE 1/4 of Section 30, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned EA - Exclusive Agriculture
which allows for the separation of existing residences from the
in the R-3 Country Home District of 150 feet minimum width and
farmstead conditioned upon compliance to the standards outlined

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3)
