PCR1995059RESOLUTION #P.C. 59-95 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 583 W20778 JANESVILLE ROAD (MUSKEG0 APOSTOLIC CHURCH) WHEREAS, Plans have been received by the Planning Department to construct a 9'10" x 13'1.5" storage shed at the property located at 583 W20778 Janesville Road, and and WHEREAS, Said shed will be comprised of a metal yard shed, WHEREAS, The purpose of this building is to store various grounds maintenance yard tools, mower, snowblower, and lawn supplies. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby approves the proposed shed located at 583 W20778 Janesville Road as presented in the plans submitted and dated 04-18-95. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan dated "Received 04/18/95" and as revised shall be kept on file in the Building Department and perpetual compliance to same shall be required BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with site plan as submitted and amended shall result in fines of $100.00 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
