APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY
MAP OF THE FOSHEY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NW 1/4 SECTION 12 (WOODS ROAD)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 58-95
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 11, 1995,
proposing a land division creating two (2) lots located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 12, and
sq.ft. and 100' average width and all lots appear to meet these
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-3 thus requiring 15,000
WHEREAS, The property is served by a sewer lateral from
Woods Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2)
of Section 12.
lot land division of the Foshey property located in the NW 1/4
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all required road right-of-way
of Woods Road will be required to be dedicated at the time of
submittal of the Certified Survey Map.
