LOCATED AT W140 57636 FREEDOM AVENUE
FOR THE WEGNER PROPERTY
on April 6, 1995, by Gary Wegner to construct a 16' X 22' second
garage structure at the residence located at W140 S7636 Freedom
Avenue, and
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the
appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and
setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural
surrounding area, and
of yard equipment, snowmobiles, bikes, lawn furniture, etc. and the
Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of
residence, and
second garage structures within 60% of the ground floor area of the

WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of
the second garage, not to exceed 352 square feet, for Wegner
match existing home.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
required prior to construction of subject second garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
