AMENDED
APPROVAL OF A 435.25 SQUARE FOOT SECOND GARAGE BY
JEFF JAHNKE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
AT S69 W18004 MUSKEG0 DRIVE
WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted
on March 24, 1995, by Jeff Jahnke to construct a 24' X 28' second
Drive, and
garage structure at the residence located at 569 W18004 Muskego
WHEREAS, The proposed location of the second garage will not
meet the setbacks of the RS-3/0ED zoning district but the
architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's
residence and surrounding area, and

WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage

Property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall
neither be used for the operation of a business nor the storage of
business related materials and equipment and a building permit is
required prior to construction of subject second garage.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall and/or building
setback and/or building square footage variance may be required
from the Board of Appeals if setback, offset, building separation
and square footage limitations can not be complied with.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms
of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the
issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of
legal action, or both.
