APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL
PLAN FOR PROPOSED ADDITION/EXPANSION AT
S73 W16555 JANESVILLE ROAD (FOAT CAR WASH)
WHEREAS, A representative of the above car wash has
submitted plans for an addition/expansion to their car wash
facilities, and
total of 1170 square feet of additional building area to the
WHEREAS, Said addition/expansion involves construction of a
eastern elevation of the existing building for an automatic car
wash bay, and
use in the B-2 zoning district afforded the protection of an
automatic conditional use per Section 17:4.06(3) of the Zoning
Ordinance of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, The existing use represents a legal non-conforming
WHEREAS, With the knowledge that current site constraints
properties, and that the proposed addition will serve to
create adverse traffic impacts on adjoining streets and
correct these impacts, petitioner's proposal represents a minor
change to the existing conditional use, and
WHEREAS, A neighborhood meeting was held on April 18, 1995,
to inform surrounding property owners of the proposed change
and solicit their input.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proposal represents a
minor change to an automatic conditional use.
