APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF
THE KENT STRUWE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 SECTION 11, TOWN OF NORWAY
division was submitted for the property located in the NE 1/4
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land
of Section 11, Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two parcel land
division by Kent Struwe located in the NE 1/4 of Section 11,
in the Town of Norway.
