AT W124 S10629 124TH STREET
WHEREAS, Emerald Park Inc. has submitted plans for an a
proposed office and shop for their property located at W124
510629 124th Street, and
WHEREAS, Said building will be 750 west of STH 45 will a

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed building as presented in the plans
submitted and dated 03-10-95 subject to perpetual compliance to
the same.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that occupancy is
requested prior to the installation and/or restoration of
twice the value of said landscaping shall be posted with the
landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers check equal to
