WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and
will be consistent with the material and colors of the shopping
WHEREAS, the elevations of the north, west, and south walls

WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments
provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and
recycling bin for each building and this development will have
those facilities, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation are proposed to be 24
hours, and
WHEREAS, The proposal includes a green house area for
additional seating, which externally will be lined with
landscaping.

conceals the location of a grease storage tank and a landscaped
parking island at the end of fourteen (14) additional parking
stalls projecting west of the main structure.
WHEREAS, The proposal includes a projecting sign along the
northern elevation with individual internally lit, red colored
letters twenty (20) inches in height.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) March
10, 1995.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated received March 10, 1995, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the
conditions of this approval shall result in the imposition of
fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal
action, or both.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That an additional review of the
dumpster be required and that a landscape plan be submitted and
reviewed by the Planning Commission.
