PCR1995041DISAPPROVAL OF A REVISED SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AND CONCEPTUAL REZONING AT A PROPERTY WEST OF S86 W18992 WOODS ROAD (KENDALL BREUNIG) RESOLUTION #P.C. 41-95 WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 10, 1995 proposing the division of approximately 19.4 acres to create six (6) 1.5 acre parcels for duplex development, while designating the remaining lands as open space and was approved as a disapproval through Resolution #P.C. 19-95, and WHEREAS, The revised sketch is proposing a land division of six (6) 1.5 acre lots of which three (3) lots would be for duplexes and three (3) would be single family lots and the remaining ten acres would be used for the siting of a single duplex, and lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110 feet and allows single family housing, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 which requires a minimum WHEREAS, It is proposed to file a formal petition to rezone the property from RS-2 Suburban Residence to RS-2/0PD Suburban duplex development to the east of subject property. Residence/Planned Development District as a continuation of the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan commission does hereby recommend disapproval of the proposed Certified Survey Map sketch and conceptual rezoning and will/will not be receptive to the filing of formal documents furthering this development proposal citing that the proposal is/is not appropriate in light of current and anticipated adjacent land uses. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That any formal development proposal wetland and floodplain lands existing on this property. for the subject lands shall require the delineation of all City of Muskego Plan Department Adopted 03-21-95 Defeated Deferred 03-16-95
