PCR1995040AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 40-95 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THE DYER PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 SECTION 19 (HILLENDALE DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 10, 1995, proposing a land division creating two (2) lots of the property located in the NE 1/4 of Section 19, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned A Agriculture and requires 120,000 sq.ft. and 300' average width and both lots appear to meet these restrictions. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a two (2) lot Section 19. land division of the Dyer property located in the NE 1/4 of - BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands shall be required to be delineated prior to submittal of the formal Certified Survey Map. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the property receive a favorable perk test and that upon separation of the two (2) properties, the parent property does not become non-conforming.
