PCR1995039RESOLUTION #P.C. 39-95 APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THE WERNETTE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 SECTION 11 (RESTFUL LANE AND BLUHM DRIVE) a land division creating three (3) lots of the existing Parcel 2 WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on March 8, 1995, proposing of a prior Certified Survey Map (CSM) located in the SE 1/4 of Section 11, and sq.ft. and 110' average width and all lots appear to meet these restrictions, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-2 and RS-2 requires 20,000 subject parcel proposed to be divided, it was stipulated that no access to Blum Drive would be allowed from subject parcel. WHEREAS, As a condition of the prior CSM which created the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a three (3) lot land division of the Wernette property located in the SE 1/4 of Section 11. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands and flood plain elevations would be/shall be required to be delineated prior to submittal of the formal Certified Survey Map if this request were approved.
