APPROVAL TO RENEW PERMIT FOR DOG KENNEL AT W182 59292
PARKER DRIVE, STAN A. ZDANCZEWICZ
WHEREAS, Stan A. Zdanczewicz, W183 S9292 Parker Drive was
granted a Conditional Use Permit on May 16, 1972, to permit the
operation of a dog kennel, and
WHEREAS, The conditions of the grant were that; (1) the term of
operation shall not exceed one year without further review and
approval by the Plan Commission, (2) that the number of dogs shall
not exceed ten (lo), and (3) that the kennel be in conformance with
plans on file in the Building Department.

configuration of the kennel and number of dog runs be placed on
file with Conditional Use permit #62 and that the number of adult
dogs on the property shall not exceed ten (10) and that the number
of pups under the age of six (6) months shall not exceed 15 at any
one time and the Plan Commission did not find that these amendments
were significant to warrant a Public Hearing, and
WHEREAS, The site plan has changed in that the old dog
runs/kennels attached to the horse shed are no longer being used
and instead, new kennels are being utilized along the north lot
line, and
and
WHEREAS, There exists a collapsed structure in the property,
WHEREAS, The zoning for the property is A - Agriculture,
wherein a kennel is a conditional use in the A - Agriculture Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Zdanczewicz has substantially complied with
Resolution 9-92A and there have no complaints registered with the
Planning Department in the past year.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City
Grant #62 for one year to allow a kennel and that the operation
of Muskego does hereby grant an extension of the Conditional Use
shall again be reviewed in March of 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to the
general clean-up of the property, the removal from the property of
the barrels along the north lot line.
