TO BE LOCATED AT THE MSI GENERAL SITE BENEATH EXISTING
SIGN LOCATED ON THE NW CORNER OF CTH "L" & CTH "Y"

one (1) temporary on-site jobsite signs which is
non-illuminated painted plywood sign to be added beneath the
existing sign advertising the SENTRY Store, and
WHEREAS, Mitchell Savings Bank is requesting approval for
open in August of 1995, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be up until the new store and bank
approved sign at the MSI General Site located on the NW corner
WHEREAS, The sign is to be located beneath the existing
of CTH "Y" & CTH "L" and will be installed in conformance with
the signage setbacks and will be placed outside of the road
right-of-way areas, and
WHEREAS, The sign is two sided with each side positioned to
form a 45% "V" shape, each side being 6' X 12' in dimension, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
the type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year
of the Plan Commission by the petitioner at the end of the one
for temporary signs but a six month extension may be requested
year period.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
corner of CTH "L" & CTH "Y" and that the signs be placed in
the non-illuminated temporary signs to be located on the NW
conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary signs signs
shall be allowed for a period not to exceed one (1) year as
specified in Section 17:6.09 (12) c. & (13) and that the signs
shall be designed and located in conformance with the submitted
application.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required for said
signs from the Building Inspection Department.
