PCR1995026RESOLUTION P.C. 26-95 RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, 582 W13783 DURHAM DRIVE, FROM SW SHORELAND WETLAND TO SW/OIP SHORELAND WETLAND/OVERLAY INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE AND THE PROPERTY IN THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TAX KEY #2210.993, TO BE REZONED FROM R-2 COUNTRY HOME TO R-2/0IP COUNTRY HOME/OVERLAY INSTITUTIONAL AND PUBLIC SERVICE Muskego and initiated dialog which resulted in the City obtaining ownership of a property to be ultilized as a lake access point; that property being described as being in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Tax Key Number 2210.996, and WHEREAS, The Bass Bay Sportsman Club approached the City of WHEREAS, Because of DNR parking requirements the City moved to purchase additional lands to meet those requirements; those Key Number 2210.993, and lands being described as being in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Tax WHEREAS, The OIP Institutional and Publiuc Service Overlay District will be compatable with the use of these locations as a public lake access point and parking area, and obtained to make improvements within the shoreland area of Big Muskego Lake. WHEREAS, All appropriate permits and approvals have been a THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend approval to the Common Council to rezone the property located in the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, 582 W13783 Durham Drive, from SW Shoreland Wetland to SW/OIP Shoreland. Wetland/Overlay Institutional and Public Service and the property in the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Tax Key #2210.993, to be rezoned from R-2 Country Home to R-2/0IP Country Home/Overlay Institutional and Public Service.
