PCR1995021APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY SIGNS FOR THE FOXBORO NORTH
RESOLUTION #P.C.-21-95
SUBDIVISION TO BE LOCATED ON WOODS ROAD AND FOX RUN DRIVE
WHEREAS, Foxboro North is requesting two (2) temporary
subdivision signs to be located on the Woods Road and Fox Run
Drive, and
sign on Fox Run Drive will be 4' x a', and
WHEREAS, The sign on Woods Road will be a 4' x 4' and the
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
month extensions may be granted by the plan commission until
such signs for a period not to exceed one year, however six
75% of the development has occurred, and
the non-illuminated temporary signs to be located at on Woods
Road and Fox Run on the Foxboro North Subdivision development
site and that the signs be placed in conformance with Section
17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required for said
signs from the Building Inspection Department.
