FOR REVISED PARKING CONFIGURATION AT S75 W17358 JANESVILLE ROAD
(MEDITERRANEAN GARDENS)
submitted plans illustrating a revised parking configuration at
S75 W17358 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, A representative of Mediterranean Gardens has
WHEREAS, The original parking configuration as approved by
the Plan Commission through Resolution P.C. 84-94 depicted
parallel parking along the west property line, and
WHEREAS, The revised parking configuration dated February 8,
1995 depicts both angled and parallel parking along the west lot
line plus the installation of a 48" decorative block wall
replacing the previously approved 30 inch high, eight (8) foot
long sections of stockade fence.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed amended parking configuration subject to:
1. A decorative single faced concrete block wall
measuring 48" in height and running the length of the
neighboring building to the west. The coloring of
subject wall is to compliment the restaurant building.
2. All parking to be either facing (angled) or directly
adjacent (parallel) to the Mediterranean Gardens
Building. All parking spaces shall be properly
striped.
3. Parking lot lighting fixtures shall be lowered to 15
feet in height and utilize sodium cut-off fixtures.
4 A survey documenting the exact location of the west
property line shall be filed with the City prior to the
