APPROVAL OF A SKETCH FOR A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AT
W139 S9188 BOXHORN DRIVE (DARWIN GREEN)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on February 10, 1995
proposing the combination of two existing non-conforming lots
found in the SE 1/4 of Section 24 which are held in common
ownership sharing side lot lines.
lot size of 60,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 175
feet and the combination of said lots would create a lot
totaling 148,122 sq. ft. having a minimum width of 234 feet.
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Boxhorn Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-2 which requires a minimum
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted combining two
non-conforming Lots to create one conforming Lot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all wetlands shall be required
to be delineated prior to submittal of the formal Certified
Survey Map.
