APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING SITE AND OPERATIONAL PLAN
(ST. FRANCIS BANK - MUSKEGO)
FOR PROPOSED ADDITION/EXPANSION AT 574 W17100 JANESVILLE ROAD
Muskego has submitted plans for an addition/expansion to their
bank facilities, and
WHEREAS, A representative of the above St. Francis Bank -
WHEREAS, Said addition/expansion involves the enclosure of
and existing portico area thus resulting in no decrease in the
building setback from Janesville Road, and
existing building materials, and
WHEREAS, Said addition/expansion will match or compliment
of existing landscaping between the building and drive area, and
WHEREAS, Landscaping installations along the Janesville Road
WHEREAS, Said addition/expansion may involve the disruption
67-94 have yet to be installed.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission hereby
approves the proposed addition/expansion as presented in the
plans submitted and dated 1/26/95 subject to the following:
1. All exterior materials used in this project shall match
or compliment existing exterior materials.
2. All existing landscaping disturbed or removed as a
result of the project shall be replaced or relocated.
3. Landscaping as approved by Resolution 67-94 shall be
installed (specifically: trees along the parking area
facing Janesville Road).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, In the event that occupancy of the
addition/expansion is requested prior to the installation and/or
restoration of landscaping, a bond, letter of credit or cashiers
check equal to twice the value of said landscaping shall be
posted with the Planning Department prior to said occupancy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate permits shall
be obtained from the building department prior to the
commencement of construction or demolition.
