TO BE LOCATED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF
APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY QUASI-PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL SIGNS
MUSKEG0 (MUSKEGO PUBLIC LIBRARY)
requesting approval to display four (4) temporary quasi-public
information signs at various locations throughout the City of
Muskego to promote an art fair, and
WHEREAS, Persons representing the Muskego Public Library are
by four (4) feet and stand four (4) feet in overall height and
be displayed at the following locations:
WHEREAS, Said sign face is proposed to measure four (4) feet
1. Northwest corner of College Avenue and Racine Avenue by
the City's "welcome" sign.
2. Southwest corner of Racine Avenue and Woods Road at the
high school.
3. Southeast corner of Lochcrest Boulevard and Racine
Avenue.
4. West of Williams Supper Club on the south side of
Janesville Road.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
such signs for a period not to exceed two weeks.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated temporary signs to be located at the above
proposed locations and that the signs be placed in conformity
with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code and subject to
the approval of all effected property owners.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required for
said signs from the Building Inspection Department.
