APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN TO BE LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF WOODS ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE
(SENIOR HOUSING PARTNERSHIP)
development to be located on the northeast corner of Woods Road
WHEREAS, Persons representing a senior citizen housing
and Racine Avenue are requesting approval to display a temporary
sign at said location, and
by six (6) feet and stand eight (8) feet in overall height when
mounted on wooden posts, and
WHEREAS, Said sign face is proposed to measure four (4) feet
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
such signs for a period not to exceed one year, however six
month extensions may be granted by the plan commission until 75%
of the development has occurred, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the non-illuminated temporary signs to be located at the
northeast corner of Woods Road and Racine Avenue on the senior
citizen housing development site and that the signs be placed in
conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a permit is required for
said signs from the Building Inspection Department.
