OCCUPANCY AND ZONING USE PERMIT
RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL TO AMEND CHAPTER 17:3.03
(CITY OF MUSKEGO)
WHEREAS, The Planning Department has assumed the duties of
conducting zoning compliance reviews for building permit
applications, and
WHEREAS, Zoning compliance reviews entail the issuance of
"Zoning Permits" which are now treated as a separate permit
process, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 17:3.03 was not clear in its description of
such a separate process, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved the establishment of fees
to defray the cost of zoning compliance reviews.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
Chapter 17:3.03 which establish a separate Zoning Permit and
approval to the Common Council the proposed amendments to
provide a table of fees (see attached). Said table of fees to
be removed from Chapter 30.
