APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN BY NAUTICA PUB TO BE
LOCATED AT S66 W14475 JANESVILLE ROAD
temporary sign measuring 4x6 in size, and
WHEREAS, Nautica Pub is requesting approval for one (1)

WHEREAS, The sign is proposed to be displayed from February

Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
be allowed for a period not to exceed thirty days, that the sign
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the temporary signs signs shall
be located outside of the ultimate right-of-way of Janesville
Road, that the sign be non-illuminated, and that the sign shall
be designed and located in conformance with the submitted
application.
