PCR1995009AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C.-09-95 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DEER CREEK SUBDIVISION BY PREMIER DEVELOPMENT FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 SECTION 10 (PARKLAND DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on January 3, 1995, by Welch, Hanson & Associates, Inc. for Premier Development, to divide property in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 into seventy-three (73) single family lots, and WHEREAS, The lots meet or exceed the lot size and width requirements of the RS-2/0PD Zoning District and a Sketch for the Land Division was approved through amended Resolution #P.C. 195-94, and WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the previously approved sketch wherein the lots meet the minimum size and width requirements of the RS-Z/OPD Zoning District requirements. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Preliminary Plat for Deer Creek Subdivision in the SW 1/4 of Section 10 by Welch, Hanson & Associates, Inc. and will be receptive to a Final Plat being submitted subject to successful resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and Plan Commission, City Engineer's, Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection and Waukesha County Park and Planning. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the monies saved from not installing the deceleration/ acceleration lanes are required to be escrowed by the Developer to apply towards the possible installation of a signalized intersection at Parkland Drive and CTH "L" and held by the City and if not installed, then monies are to be refunded to the Developer.
