APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WILKINSON ESTATES ADD'N #1 BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 'OF SECTION 18.

#P.C. 99-94 to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 into
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
was approved with the rezoning through Resolution #P.C. 139-90,
five (5) single family lots and one (1) outlot, and the sketch
and
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
previously approved Preliminary Plat wherein the lots meet the
minimum size and width requirements for the RS-2 Zoning
District, and
approved through the Final Plat of Wilkinson Estates approved
WHEREAS, These lots are a redivision of Lot 5 & Lot 6
by the Plan Commission through Resolution #P.C. 182-91 and the
Common Council through Resolution #P.C. 199-92, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Final Plat for Wilkinson Estates Add'n #1 in the NE 1/4 of
and technical discrepancies as identified by the City Planning
Section 18 subject to the successful resolution of any concerns
Department, City Engineer's and Department of Agriculture, Trade
and Consumer Protection.
