division was submitted by Harold DeBack on January 20, 1995, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
within their jurisdiction.
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land divisions
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) lots by
Harold DeBack located in the NE 1/4 of Section 2 in the Town of
Norway (UNION CHURCH DRIVE).
