APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY SIGN BY MSI GENERAL SITE
RESOLUTION #P.C. 5-95
TO BE LOCATED AT THE MSI GENERAL SITE LOCATED ON THE
NW CORNER OF CTH "L" & CTH "Y"
WHEREAS, MSI General, Inc. is requesting approval for TWO
(2) temporary on-site jobsite signs which are non-illuminated
painted plywood signs, and
January 17, 1996, and
WHEREAS, The sign will be up from January 17, 1995 until
located on the NW corner of CTH "Y" h CTH "L" and will be
WHEREAS, The sign is to be located at the MSI General Site
installed in conformance with the signage setbacks and will be
placed outside of the road right-of-way areas, and
form a 45% "V" shape, each side being 6' X 12' in dimension, and
the type and size of signage for a period not to exceed one year
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has the authority to approve
for temporary signs but a six month extension may be requested
of the Plan Commission by the petitioner at the end of the one
year period.

the non-illuminated temporary signs to be located on the NW
corner of CTH "L" h CTH "Y" and that the signs be placed in
conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code.
