APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF THE
LEWINS PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE NW 1/4 OF
SECTION 11, TOWN OF WATERFORD
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a one (1) parcel land
division was submitted of the Lewins Property located in the
NW 1/4 of Section 11, Town of Waterford, and
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for one parcel land
division of the Lewins Property located in the NW 1/4 of
Section 11, in the Town of Waterford.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
