WHEREAS, A Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan
was submitted on December 9, 1994, by Harmony Stone - Fireplace
& Landscape Center located in the NE 1/4 Section 5 (CTH "Y"),
and
WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately
176,800 sq. ft. lot, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned B-2, Local Service
Center, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to relocate their
business to this location as they intend to have a office, shop
and show room, and
required to be submitted and approved prior to the construction
of any facilities on subject property, and
WHEREAS, A detailed site plan and building elevations are
0 WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from Racine Avenue
municipal water.
(HWY "Y") and the property is served by sanitary sewer and
the Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan for the
Harmony Stone - Fireplace ti Landscape.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Conceptual Building, Site
and Operation Plan dated received December 12, 1994, be kept on
file in the Building Department.
