OF THE KOPAC PROPERTY LOCATED IN
THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 26
(THODE DRIVE)
9, 1994, to create a one (1) lot land division located in the
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on December
SW 1/4 of Section 26, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on October 4, 1994, approved a
sketch for a one (1) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
190-94, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned A-Agriculture which requires
a minimum lot size of 120,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average
width of 300' and said lot appears to meet the minimum average
width restriction, and
WHEREAS, A favorable perc test has been received, and
WHEREAS, The parcel will have access from Thode Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a one (1) lot land division in the
SW 1/4 of Section 26 of the Kopac Property and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers,
Land Division Ordinance. and payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14(3) of the
Plan Commission
