RESOLUTION #P.C. 230-94
ACCESS TO HILLENDALE DRIVE FROM LOTS 1 & 2 OF
(LOWE PROPERTY)
A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED CSM 7037
requesting that Lots 1 & 2 from previously approved Certified
WHEREAS, A request was submitted on December 9, 1994,
Survey Map #7037 be allowed to have direct access to Hillendale
Drive, and
WHEREAS, Out of concern for the traveling publics safety,
and in keeping with standard City subdivision practices, the
approval of CSM #7037 was conditioned upon, among other things,
the prohibition of direct access to Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, A common access drive to Hillendale Drive has been
installed between Lots 1 & 2 of CSM #7037 to serve as an access
point for these Lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the request to allow temporary direct access to Hillendale
Drive from Lots 1 & 2 of a previously approved CSM #7037 (Lowe
Property) until such time that the proposed road is installed,
then said driveways must access Lots 1 & 2 from that proposed
road and said driveways must be 50' from the intersection. e
