(FORMERLY 582 W18848 GEMINI DR.) Department by Kurt Doerr, owner, and Dale Kreil, tenant, to WHEREAS, Building plans were submitted to the Planning allow "General Merchandising L Wholesale Establishment" for the property located at W188 58276 Mercury Drive which requires a Conditional Use Permit within the 1-1 Zoning District, and WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing, and WHEREAS, A public hearing has been held in conformance with Section 17:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, The site plan depicts outside storage for up to 42 boats, a fence for the enclosure of the outside boat storage area, an outside display area for three boats located on the southwest corner of the property, and a paved parking area containing 12 customer and four employee parking areas. the Building, Site, and Operation plan and Conditional Use Grant by Kurt Doerr, owner, and Dale Kreil, tenant.
