PCR1994227RESOLUTION P.C. 227-94 APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AND BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN TO ALLOW TWO (2) MINI-STORAGE WAREHOUSES AT S98 W12712 LOOMIS ROAD, TAX KEY #2257.984 BY GEORGE ALEX WHEREAS, A conceptual Building, Site and Operation plan was November 15, 1994, and approved through the adoption of Resolution #P.C. 220-94 on Business and the proposed use would require a conditional use grant, and WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned B-4 - General WHEREAS, Formal building, site and operation plans and a Conditional Use Grant application were submitted to the Planning Department by George Alex for two (2) mini-storage warehouses for the property located at S98 W12712 Loomis Road, and WHEREAS, The owners of property within 300 feet of this property have been notified of the public hearing, and said public hearing has been held in conformance with Section 1.7:3.07 of the City's Code of Ordinances, and WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from STH "36", and WHEREAS, Proposed building #1 will include 34 - 10' x 20' spaces and 8 - 5' x 10' spaces, and proposed building #2 will include 18 - 10' x 20' spaces, and WHEREAS, The area surrounding the storage buildings will be be totally enclosed within chain-link fencing, area lighting asphalted with proper drainage, surrounding traffic areas will will be provided around buildings by the use of wall pack fixtures with photo-control, and a landscape plan has been provided for the improved areas of the site. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site, and Operation plan by George Alex and that the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received November 18, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department.
