RECOMMENDATION OF APPROVAL BY THE PLAN COMMISSION
OF FEES AS THEY PERTAIN TO CHAPTER 17 SECTION 3.03(2)D.
OCCUPANCY AND ZONING USE PERMIT
time established by Resolution of the Common Council, shall be
WHEREAS, At the time of application a fee, as from time to
remitted to defray the administrative cost of reviewing building
permit applications for compliance to the zoning ordinance, and
WHEREAS, The Ordinance #432 was created and allows for
collection of such a fee, and
WHEREAS, By January 1, 1995 the Planning Department will be
responsible for conducting zoning compliance reviews when
building permit applications are filed with the City; a task
which was previously assigned to the Building Department.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the following fee amounts be
established for Zoning Permits under Chapter 17 Sections
3.03(2)D. as follows:
