PCR1994225RECOMMENDATION FOR APPROVAL TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TAX KEY #2229.997.001, HILLENDALE DRIVE, FROM RS-1 SUBURBAN RESIDENCE TO RS-l/OIP SUBURBAN RESIDENCE/OVERLAY INSTITUTION & PUBLIC SERVICE ZONING DISTRICT RESOLUTION #P.C. 225-94 WHEREAS, A petition has been filed to amend the Official NE 1/4 of Section 18 (Tax Key # 2229.997.001) from Zoning Map of the City of Muskego for property located in the ~ Suburban Residence to RS-1/OIP Suburban Residence/Overlay Institution & Public Service to allow a City water reservoir at said site, and WHEREAS, The parcel is on the west side of Hillendale Drive and is surrounded by low density residential development to the north, east and south and is bordered on the west by the Waste Management site, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommends that the zoning be changed for the proposed Parcel from RS-1 Suburban Residence to RS-1/OIP Suburban Residence/Overlay Institution & Public Service to allow a City water reservoir and that upon approval of the rezoning by the Common Council, the Official Zoning Map be amended.
