PCR1994222APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN RESOLUTION P.C.222-94 BY JIM DERRICK FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W192 56391 REGENCY COURT (LOT 5 COLLEGE SQUARE DEVELOPMENT) WHEREAS, An Amended Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted on November 17, 1994, by Jim Derrick proposing the addition of a 24' x 30' garage, and WHEREAS, The Building, Site and Operation Plan was approved through the Resolution #P.C. 30-89, and WHEREAS, The Building, Site and Operation Plan was amended through the Resolution #P.C. 198-92 to allow a 12' x 8' barn style storage building for the property located at W192 56325 Regency Court, and WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned RSM/OPD - Multiple Family Residence/Overlay Planned Development District, and WHEREAS, One side of the garage will be available to the tenants to allow for storage of boats and/or snowmobiles, and a WHEREAS, The second side of the proposed garage will be used by the owner of the site to store maintenance equipment snowplow, hoses, shovels, and racks, and including the following: lawn mower, snow blower, tractor, WHEREAS, The proposed garage will be vinyl sided ,and buildings and there will not be any windows or side doors. shingled with coordinating colors to match the existing THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Amended Building, Site, and Operation plan for a garage to allow for storage for the property located at W192 S6391 Regency Court. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a Building Permit is required from the Building Inspection Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received November 17, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department.
